Terms of Service

Effective October 20, 2026

1. Agreement

By using PetMotion you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by Pavel Dovgopol, Ukraine.

2. The service

PetMotion uses artificial intelligence to turn a pet photo into a short animated video that can be used as a live wallpaper. Results are generated automatically and may be imperfect, vary between photos and may take several minutes.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. You sign in with your email address and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep access to your email secure.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and of the videos generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only to provide the service to you (including sending it to our AI and hosting providers). You confirm that you have the right to upload each photo and that it does not violate anyone's rights or the law.

5. What you must not do

• Upload photos of identifiable people without their consent, or use the service to impersonate or mislead others.
• Upload illegal content, sexual or exploitative content, content depicting minors in any inappropriate way, violent or hateful content, or content that infringes others' intellectual property.
• Abuse the service: bypass limits, create multiple accounts to avoid limits, interfere with security, automate access, or resell the service.

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

6. Limits and availability

The service currently offers a limited number of generations per account and global capacity limits, which we may change at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features that need the Android app (such as setting a live wallpaper on your phone) are only available in the app.

7. Paid features

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, their price and terms will be shown before you pay.

8. Deleting your data

You can delete wallpapers and your account in the app at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what is removed and what is kept).

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that generated results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pavel Dovgopol is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or profits arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after the effective date of changes means you accept them. Material changes will be announced in the service.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
