Delete your PetMotion account

Effective October 20, 2026

PetMotion (petmotionlive.app) is operated by Pavel Dovgopol, Ukraine. You can delete your PetMotion account and all associated data yourself, at any time.

How to delete your account

1. Open petmotionlive.app (or the PetMotion app).
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Sign in with your email if needed. We send you a one-time code.
4. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

For security you may be asked to sign in again. Deletion is not available while a video is being generated; wait until it finishes.

What is deleted

Your photos, generated portraits and videos, analysis and generation records and your sign-in are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

What may remain for a short time

Our database provider keeps daily backups for about seven days, so deleted database records may remain there until they expire. Uploaded files are not part of these backups. Service providers handle data under their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you cannot use the app

Email support@petmotionlive.app from the address you signed in with and we will help you delete your account.
